Privacy Policy

ThunderFightGear respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information needed to fulfill your request: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order details. Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and our payment processors — we do not see or store your card details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and ship orders, respond to inquiries, send order updates, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new products and promotions. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the services that help us run the store: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics tools that help us understand site traffic in aggregate.

Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not function correctly.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bsgrace332@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's Privacy

Many of our customers are young martial artists, but this store is intended for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
