Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your martial arts gear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

30-Day Returns

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at bsgrace332@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and a return address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Hygiene Items

For health and safety reasons, mouthguards, groin protectors, and ear guards cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
